Dear parents,
This is to inform you that the school has decided to opt for ACH (Automated clearing house) debit for school fees and bus fees in order to facilitate the fee payment and smooth functioning of the fee collection process from next session i.e. 2024-25 onwards.
The school fees and bus fees( if opted for) would be directly debited from your Savings Bank’ account through ACH (Automated clearing house)system by 7th and 10th of each month respectively.
It is mandatory to send a cancelled cheque of a ‘Saving Bank’ account you choose from which fees would be debited. The cancelled cheque should be in the name of either of the parents and have mandatory details at the back:
1)Name of the student
2)G R number
3)Class and section ( as per 2023-24 session)
4)Mobile no.(Linked with the said account)
The cheque should be submitted to the respective class teachers on or before 2nd February 2024 without fail.
